Good communication and a collaborative approach with the client are essential in creating successful architectural visualisations – helping to clarify the vision, intended functionality, and aesthetic preferences. The process begins with gathering detailed information to understand project objectives and design preferences. This information guides the creation of the digital 3d models, which are refined through client feedback. Once approved, advanced rendering software transforms the models into photorealistic 3d renderings, incorporating lighting, textures, and landscaping.
Stage 01 - Information Gathering
Born Digital sends the client an Information Request sheet (PDF)
Born Digital will begin building the digital 3D model once all the required information has been received from the client
Site photography will be taken at this stage if required
Stage 02 - INITIAL DIGITAL 3D MODEL
Born Digital builds the digital 3D model, applies materials, and sets up the lighting and angles of view
Born Digital sends draft 3D renders to the client
The client checks the angles of view and reviews the model and materials
Stage 03 - Amendments and additional elements
After reviewing the draft images Born Digital and the client discuss any amendments. Feedback loops are integral throughout the process, ensuring alignment with the client’s requirements
Born Digital carries out any amendments
Additional elements such as planting, landscaping, people, and backgrounds are added at this stage
Stage 04 - Finishing Touches
The final visualisations are reviewed by the client for potential refinements before delivery
The finished images are generated at an appropriate size and resolution and any post-production to the finished images is carried out
Born Digital sets up a ShareFile account for the client
The final images are uploaded to the client’s ShareFile folder
